Everything on the TEESHIRT21 is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.

1. Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.

2. Each item you order is custom made for you. Printing usually takes 1-3 business days. The type of product you order and your shipping address affect where the product is made. Because of this, your order can sometimes come in different packages and arrive on different days.

3.Our products are printed and shipped from United States. Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Your our Shipping times and cost vary depending on where it’s going and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping cost to Canada is CA$8.95 for first item* and CA$6.39 for second item onwards*. Estimated delivery time is 7 - 15 business days.
Standard shipping cost to other countries will be calculated at the checkout page based on the country you want to ship to.

* Extra shipping cost will be applied for below items:

- Heavy item (hoodie, sweatshirt) + CA$3.84
- Fragile item (mug, phonecase) + CA$1.28

Remember, we only ship in business days, excluding National Holidays.

If the product is not as described, we guarantee a 100% refund or a free replacement, you can request a free replacement or a full refund.
